Planet Gumbo Presents A Benefit Concert for NC Hurricane Helene Relief

Sauce Boss with Extra Sauce, Apalachicola Sound Duo, and JC and the Backscratchers will play for Planet Gumbo. Also chicken or red beans and rice dinners available, catered by Judy's Creations. I am on a cloud
This is the Roots Music Report that charts airplay. Thanks to all the DJs who have played my music. I reached #4 for Florida Albums and #14 nationwide for Blues Rock! The reviews are all really good. I'm so proud of the studio that my son, Floyd built. The room sounds AWESOME. It has recharged my creative spirit. Lots more to come.

Greenbeans and Mushrooms
Dinner. For the Turkey Meatloaf I used raisin bread for the crumbs. Here's the way I do beans. Parboil the beans for 3-5 minutes. Taste the beans to judge their doneness. When they are done but still bright green, put em in an ice bath. When beans are chilled, drain all the water and ice. Set aside and then, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 cup onions chopped and sauteed together. Add mushrooms. When the mushrooms are almost done add the beans to warm em up. Season with ample black pepper

I found another one. By “one” I mean a totally old school restaurant loaded with real deal tradition, passed down from all the great grandfathers and grandmothers to preserve the original recipes and culture of the family. These days you take your date out and spend $100 or more to enjoy a decent Italian meal. What you get at the Sicilian 2 is not decent Italian meal,; It's a fabulous Italian meal at a veeeery reasonable price. It's a down home dining experience in a small off the beaten track strip mall in Biloxi. There's a table with a place setting reserved for the original chef with his hat, his jacket and some photos. They don't serve alcohol, but there's a liquor store next door where you can shop for a nice bottle of wine.
