Yes sireee, Bubba! Time to go to the beach. So that's where we'll be in June. Port St. Joe, Gulf Shore, Destin, and then down to the Green Parrot in Key West for the 4th of July weekend. So come on down, sip a refreshing beverage, catch some rays, and enjoy a performance that you will not forget. It's the setting that's home to the Sauce Boss and his Ingredients. The sun filters down through the trees, vines, and lush tropical foliage giving the whole courtyard an atmosphere of a jungle with room service. The building was once the abode of the governor of Puerto Rico. Lizards cling to the ancient stone wall like leaves stuck to the bricks. Birds flit from branch to branch. Chirping tree frogs serenade their lovers. (frog love- yummm) The air is heavy with Old San Juan and dinner is about to be served under a huge Quenepe tree. The plants, birds, lizards, and the limeade/rum drink of the house makes this dining experience lush - especially after two of em. Anchovy file's, Caribbean sole ceviche, and very large prawns are the bill of fare. The items on the menu are rated as to their sensualness, climaxing with the Conch Ceviche which is noted as being Caribbean Viagra. Everything is really good and the bartender/waiter is jovial. He musta had some limeade his own self. If this writing seems comatose, it's because I've been to Old San Juan for unparalleled food and drink. What can I say? Muy bueno!

SHRIMP, SHRIMP, SHRIMP, SHRIMP, SHRIMP, AND MORE SHRIMP.
Here's my old standard Liquid Summer shrimp cocktail sauce recipe.
½ cup of catsup
1 tablespoon of horseradish
Juice from a lime
Copious amounts of Liquid Summer Hot Sauce
Butterfly, steam, and chill the shrimp
Mix all the ingredients and eat em all up
