JOHNNY’S PO-BOY RESTAURANT

511 ST. LOUIS ST. NEW ORLEANS, LA  (504)524-8129
9 AM-4 PM DAILY FREE DELIVERY
His positioning statement is “Even my failures are edible”.  No wonder that Good Housekeeping Magazine rated Johnny’s Po- Boy Restaurant in the 100 top value restaurants in the country. Since 1950, Johnny’s has been putting out the classic Po-Boy sandwich along with Muffalattas, seafood, salads, Gumbo, desserts, and daily specials.  If you get up early enough, you can get breakfast, however, that  sometimes can be a problem in NOLA.  AND…they even have beer.  Life is good!  Located in the French Quarter, this little restaurant rocks.  There’s a line from the counter to the door, and the hungry ones shuffle past  the ecstatic ones as they stuff their pie holes with  every imaginable kind of sandwich known to mankind.  (well…almost).  There’s a Po-Boy called the “Judge Bosetta”- Ground Beef, Italian and Hot Sausage with Swiss. With ingredients like that they should call it “Summons to the Ecclesiastical Court of Saint Peter”.  “You guilty, Son! Guilty, Guilty, GUILTY!”  What cha gonna do? Yer in Nawlins.  Have some Bread Puddin.
