2 lb boneless chuck roast
Dry rub with powdered beef boullion and pepper seasoning (Jane's Original Mixed up Pepper) Splash with Worcestershire sauce
Cover roast with a thick layer of Liquid Summer Hot Q Barbecue sauce, with peaches

WELL, WE FINALLY DID IT . . . We said goodbye to our old 2001 Ford Van with 310,000 miles on it (we bought it new in January 2001) and got another one just like it, only this one has chrome bumpers and a CD player and is brand spankin' new. There wasn't much wrong with the old one, and it might last some Sunday school another 200,000 miles, but we are going to be doing some hard traveling in the next few months and we didn't want to chance it. Think Ford might want to feature us in their next ad campaign?
