Well, well, well, well,
WELL, well, well!

The Freebird Cafe, the House of Blues, and then Asheville, Augusta, and Hilton Head in the next few weeks. Things are heating in the booking office. This is going to be a gangbuster year for the Sauce Boss. Y'all come and catch the buzz about what's goin' down at the gig.

CHICKEN Q! IT'S FER YOU!
THROW IT IN THE POT,
AND LET IT STEW!

Jeanie Thompson, one of our booking agents, gave me this recipe. It's real easy and real goood. Ya take some skinless boneless chicken breasts (4 or more) and salt & pepper em. Throw em in the crock pot and pour Liquid Summer Hot Q all over em. Put the lid on it then turn the pot on low, and go to work. After a hard day of bookin or jookin or whatever yer doin by hookin or cookin, this here pot o' chickin is sho 'nuff good lookin! To order a case, visit the Sauce Boss Store

CONGRATULATIONS TO MOONDOG
Our buddy, Moondog, has just been awarded the Handy Award for Blues Club of the Year. Ron "Moondog" Esser has hung in there through thick and thin, for fifteen plus years. And knowing the Blues, it's been more thin than thick, but an undaunted love of the music has carried this little club in Pittsburgh through it all. When you see the autographed pictures of artists who have played in this neighborhood bar, you realize that Moondog's is a very special place. Thank you, Moondog, for your unwavering support of the blues. Above photo is from our show there in December.

PLANET GUMBO HAS A NEW
LOGO AND T-SHIRTS AND BAGS!!

We were lucky to get Dale Zurawski, a hot shot Cleveland designer, to donate this killer logo for Planet Gumbo. Of course, all proceeds from the sales will go to help bring food for the body and soul to homeless folks all over the USA. Buy one and spread the word about Planet Gumbo. To find out more about them, visit PLANET GUMBO.

HOT TIPS
Haven't been there, but Rick Sgrillo of Lakeland sez, " Check out "Trader Jacks" in Haines City, Fla. Watch the gators from the dock, scarf down Thai style vittles, sample some goood draught beer, and listen to live music.

OPA RESTAURANT
2550 SOUTH RAINBOW BLVD SUITE W1
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA 89146 702-876-3737
There's an Opa in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Opa is a common Greek sentiment. It is usually followed by an exclamation point. In both restaurants, authenticity is number one. If you're in Vegas and you want a real nice dining experience away from the strip, Opa!
The delicacies of the Mediterranean are prepared to perfection, and the service is superior.

AYOTHAYA AUTHENTIC THAI CUISINE
7555 WEST SAND LAKE ROAD, ORLANDO, FL 32819 407-345-0040
www.ayothayathai.com
Good Thai restaurant. But the soup made at the table is an incredible dining experience. And since you do the cooking it's a lot of fun as well.
