I FOUND A REALLY GOOD FOOD PRODUCT distributed by Natural Value in Sacramento, California. Pitted large green ripe olives. They're not as salty and they taste fresher than your typical olive. You can probably get your health food store to order them.

SUPERGOOD PIMENTO CHEESE
1 pound cheddar grated
1/2 pound cream cheese
1 four ounce jar of pimentos
1 can of Natural Value pitted large green olives, drained
1 gob of mayonnaise
Throw everything except the mayo into a bowl and cut the cream cheese into the mix, slicing the olives as you go. Add the mayo and mix. Splooge with Liquid Summer

DON'T FORGET "RECIPES" IS A COOKBOOK IN ADDITION TO BEING A MUSIC CD. If you have it in your collection, you might want to pull it out and check out the killer recipes. Order the "Recipes" gift box with two bottles of Liquid Summer Hot sauce

VENIERO'S PASTICCERIA & CAFÉ
342 E. 11TH STREET ( BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND AVE.) NEW YORK, NY 212-674-7264
Since 1894 Veniero's has been making the pastrys to die for. Like "budda", (they must use tons of it). How 'bout some poundage of the best riccota cheesecake in the city? Want blueberries on top? Strawberries? This is the destination of late night denizens of the NOHO villagers as well as folks from all over the city and indeed the world. DO NOT GO IN WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH! I will not be responsible for your gluttony

HOT TIP: Try some Liquid Summer Hot Sauce in yer Bloody Mary

SAUCE BOSS SEZ: "Give Gumbo a chance".
