Sauce Boss Gazette
Volume 10 Number 3 * March 2002

This is a great Florida Blues weekend for us. Friday night (3/29) brings us back to Tallahassee for a show at the FSU Downunder. Saturday night (3/30) we're at the House of Blues in Downtown Disney. Sunday afternoon (3/31) we're back for our fourth appearance at the Muddy Waters Memorial Blues Bash in Cocoa. AND we've been adding lots of shows to our schedule lately.

A new Live Quicktime video of "Let the Big Dog Eat" is now up at sauceboss.com. Mace Fleeger shot it last fall at The Moon in Tallahassee, FL and produced it for us. We've got a bunch of them. Keep your eye out for more to come. It takes a couple of minutes to download (if you have a slow connection). But it's worth it, because Mace has done a great job.

A reminder: the Sauce Boss Store is open 24/7. Our operators are standing by. You really need to see this photo of our operators <http://sauceboss.com/news.htm>

COLE'S PEACE ARTISAN BREADS
930A EATON KEY WEST FLORIDA 305-2926511
At Cole's Peace they bake it NOT the way grandma did, they bake it the way great-great-great-great-grandma did. I'm talkin' old timey, traditional, natural, bread. Bread with a thick hard crust surrounding a flavorful crumb of truly unique flavor. Using unbleached, unbromated flours, organic flours, and organic grains, they knead fresh batches daily. They shape each loaf individually and then put them into a stone hearth oven, resulting in beautiful old world loaves. How about some Sourdough with raisins and walnuts? Or Rosemary Boule? All natural sunflower honey wheat? OR whole grain bread with dates and Georgia pecans? But the whole grain mango bread is definitely required reading. These guys have the right attitude toward baking. And I quote, "This is a result of our continuous search for the perfect loaf of bread, just as we all search for the perfect day. So we ask that you share in our evoution as bakers, and feel free to express your comments." My comment? "Right on!"
