NUMBER SIX: BBQ SHRIMP 25 Jumbo Shrimp, raw unpeeled 6 tbs. Unsalted butter 3 tbs. Olive oil 3 tbs. Chili sauce 1 & 1/2 tbs. Lemon juice 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp. minced parsley 3/4 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1 & 1/2 tsp. Liquid Summer Hot Sauce Salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Rinse shrimp in cold water and pat dry. Set aside in large skillet, combine butter, olive oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, liquid smoke, oregano, paprika, and Tabasco sauce. Add salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly; simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add shrimp. Turn heat to high and cook, stirring often, 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp curl and turn pink. Do not overcook. Serve immediately with lots of napkins. Jeff Held, Miami, Florida
NUMBER FIVE: Cover the bottom of a sauté pan with just enough olive oil to fill the bottom of the pan. Heat over medium heat. Into the olive oil, melt two or three tablespoons butter (REAL butter, not margarine!). Add approximately half a bottle Liquid Summer Hot Sauce (to taste, of course - my husband would put the whole bottle!). Simmer until the sauce thickens a bit, then add a pint of fresh oysters, along with the liquor from the oysters. Simmer until the oysters are done. You can serve them with a good hard-crust bread, or just stand over the stove and eat them right out of the pan! We usually scarf down the first pint just like that - straight out of the pan, then cook another pint and actually sit down to the table to eat! Ed and Kathy Hall, Urbanna, VA
NUMBER FOUR: Hello Sauceboss! While enjoying your music on July 28 at the Eastern Shore Blue Crab Festival in Cape Charles, VA, some parrothead friends of mine and I were enjoying a few cold Coronas. After one friend returned from the "Sauceboss store" with a bottle of the SauceBoss' Liquid Summer Habanero Hot Sauce and I had returned with a fresh round of cold ones, I noticed that my beer had lost it's lime on the way back from the concession stand. For kicks, I put a dash of the sauce into my beer. WOW - WHAT A FLAVOR! I tried it several more times over the course of the day, and the taste became more addicting. Several other friends tried it during the afternoon, and we were all hooked! Michael Lindsay, Fairfax, VA
NUMBER THREE: Every time I change my strings, I rub a generous amount of Liquid Summer onto the fretboard of my old Stella guitar... keeps the wood healthy and shiney too. John Frinzi, Hoboken, N.J.
NUMBER TWO: We found that it's a great cure for summer allergies!! When your nose gets really stuffed up, just put a few drops of liquid hot sauce on whatever you're eating and within seconds...VOILA..instant unstuffed nose!!! And it's certainly a lot cheaper than allergy drugs! Laura Hanna, Ottawa,Canada
