SALMON RECIPE OF THE MONTH I just made this stuff for supper. It's pretty good. Steam: A pound or so of patty pan squash cut in 1/8 inch slices 1 onion cut in 1/4 inch slices 10 crimini mushrooms sliced Broil: 2 pounds of salmon cut in one-inch cubes Mix: 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles 1/4 cup grated parm 1/2 nutmeg grated 2 tbs fresh cracked green pepper (black will do, but green is out of this world) Mix everything in a casserole dish and bake it at 350 degrees for a half an hour…(I think)…actually I don't know how long I cooked this stuff. Just check the oven once in a while.
