APPLE SAUCE
1 very large metropolis (10 million people)
1 truckload of Liquid Summer Hot
Sauce
1 chef/guitarist/songwriter/snake oil salesman
1 piano player (JB)
1 bass man
(Majic John)
1 drummer (Shannon Kori)
1 bottle Southern Comfort
1 old
southern-style porch with gumbo pot boilin'
Mix all ingredients on June 22, at the South Street Seaport in New York
City.
Rock on! Two shows: one at noon and the other in the evening.

SALMON SPINACH QUICHE
1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
4 eggs, separated
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Liquid Summer Hot Sauce
3/4 lb fresh salmon (broiled and broken into pieces)
1 unbaked pie shell
Beat whites, and set aside
Combine remaining ingredients
Fold in whites and pour into pie shell
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes, (or until firm)
